Canvases are kept in stock up to 70/50 size, larger sizes are made to order. The fulfillment and shipping time for products from the Accessories, SALE and Paintings category is between two and three days.
In the case of ordering products from two or more categories with different lead times, the products will be shipped together, and the longest specified lead time will be accepted. The price of the courier service depends on the weight of the shipment and the address specified by the customer, and all www.ramki.bg customers benefit from a 24% discount on the price of the courier service.

You have the right to indicate another courier company with which you would like us to make the delivery. In such a case, the cost of delivery is NOT announced in advance and is borne by the customer.
RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS:
According to the PPE, after receiving the order, you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days, subject to the conditions listed below:

You have notified the merchant of your desire to cancel the order by means of an email sent to email@example.com, which makes it clear in an unambiguous manner that the User wishes to cancel the order. The email must contain the following details: Your two names, Date of order, Order number (contained in the automatic email sent on the day of the order), Reason for returning the item (optional).

All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, with the exception of cases where the seller is at fault for delivering an incorrect item.
PRODUCTS FROM THE CUSTOM FRAMES CATEGORY ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
The products in the "Custom frames" category that www.ramki.bg offers to its customers are goods made to order or clearly personalized. They can only be returned if they are not made according to your criteria (for example wrong size from the merchant). When confirming an order, the customer gives specific requirements (profile, size, passepartout, face, back, etc.) for making a product customized for him, which cannot subsequently be offered to another user.
According to Art. 57 item 3 "The provisions of Art. 50 - 56 on the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract at a distance or from the contract outside the commercial premises do not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to order of the consumer or according to his individual requirements.
Orders from the Custom Frames category can only be canceled through a complaint (see next point Complaints)
Each shipment is shipped with a REVIEW & TEST option. You can make a complaint about a wrong or damaged item during manufacture or delivery by calling +359 893643792 BEFORE ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT FROM THE COURIER. By accepting the shipment, you agree to its condition and type, and the shipment is not subject to complaints. In the event of an accepted claim, the shipping costs of the item are assumed by "Frame Design" EOOD or the courier company responsible for the damage.
